“There is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs.” — Zig Ziglar
“To change your life you have to change yourself. To change yourself you have to change your mindset.”
NLP is a dynamic coaching process that helps people learn how they organize their thinking, feeling, language and behavior. NLP provides people with methods and strategies to harness their own internal resources and change perspectives. It teaches people how to shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. They can also learn how to model the success of well-known geniuses and leaders. NLP is also widely used for personal and professional development. Tony Robbins is one of many well-known coaches that use NLP to help their clients succeed in life.
Neuro: Referring to the mind or brainand shows how states of mind (and body) affect communication and behavior. NLP teaches awareness of mind and body states, and how mental maps are created.
Linguistic: Language and non-verbal communication. Language is the tool we use to gain access to the inner workings of the mind.
Programming: This refers to the capacity to change our mind and body states. If you’re living according to your programming, you would have habitual thoughts, feelings, reactions, action, and reactions. Gaining access to outdated programming through conversation (language) means the autopilot behaviors can be changed.
